Meet Kolbe Powers

Kolbe Powers is a Naples-based real estate advisor with The Gulf Group, dedicated to helping clients find their paradise in Southwest Florida.

Kolbe began a real estate career in 2022 as a licensed agent with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Naples, handling residential transactions in one of the most competitive luxury markets in the country. Kolbe later joined William Raveis Real Estate on Marco Island as a Sales Executive, building deep familiarity with the island's homes, condominiums and waterfront communities.

Kolbe's path also includes time as an Art Consultant at Art on Fifth Avenue in downtown Naples, matching collectors with pieces suited to their homes and lifestyles. A graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, Kolbe brings an artist's eye to real estate. That means seeing what makes a property special, presenting it in its best light, and helping buyers picture how a space can become home.

Kolbe's approach is consultative and personal. Kolbe listens first, learns what each client truly wants, and guides them through every step with clear communication and attention to detail. For sellers, that means thoughtful marketing and presentation that captures attention. For buyers, it means a patient, informed partner who knows the neighborhoods, the lifestyle and the market.

Whether you're buying a primary residence, a seasonal retreat or an investment property, or you're ready to sell, Kolbe welcomes the chance to help you make the most of life in Southwest Florida.
